Met ons slimme eigen verzuimsysteem kunt u ten alle tijde uw dossier volgen, documenten inzien en zorgen wij voor scherpe terugkoppelingen. Wij wachten niet tot 1 jaar met kijken naar aangepast werk. We vragen niet pas na drie maanden wat iemand graag wil. Onze visie ‘eerder starten, eerder klaar.
In drie stappen snel activeren
Stap 1: snel schakelen
Het ene verzuim is het andere verzuim niet. Na uw ziekmelding bellen we de medewerker op en komen met voorlopig plan van aanpak. We vertalen de beperkingen van de betrokkene (niet medisch) om zo snel de doorvertaling naar aangepast werk te maken.
Stap 2: duidelijke taal
Als na de zesde week blijkt dat iemand nog steeds ziek is verzoeken we de bedrijfsarts altijd in duidelijke termen terug te koppelen. We maken daarna direct een arbeidsdeskundige vertaling naar werk.
Stap 3: ACTIVEREN
Eerder starten, eerder klaar. Wij geloven wanneer je de juiste informatie van de bedrijfsarts verkrijgt, gezond boeren verstand gebruikt en de wil van de medeweker, snel kan worden gekeken naar aangepasts werk.
